About

The training top firms give their own. Built for everyone else.

The Corporate Fast Track turns the method I learned at McKinsey into applied training any company can run for the people it promotes.

Our Story

At McKinsey, every new hire is trained hard in how to think, structure an argument, run a room, and lead. Most companies give their people none of that. They promote a strong performer and assume they will work the rest out.

I built The Corporate Fast Track to close that gap. I took the frameworks that make consultants effective, usually locked inside firms with six-figure training budgets, and turned them into applied, self-paced modules any company can deploy.

The result: 34 modules across 9 skill areas, each under 20 minutes, built around practice rather than slides. Real exercises, real scenarios, real feedback, returning at four levels until the skill sticks.

Founder

Alexander has spent his career inside the organisations most people only read about, including McKinsey, Stryker, and Royal Philips. He has seen first-hand how elite firms turn raw talent into capable operators, and how everyone else leaves it to chance.

He built The Corporate Fast Track to close that gap. He writes every module himself and works directly with each client to tailor and roll out the programme. Buy The Corporate Fast Track and you deal with the person who made it, not an account manager.

Our Approach

Frameworks, not theory

Every module teaches a specific, actionable framework. Not abstract concepts. Tools your team can use tomorrow.

Practice, not slides

Drag and drop exercises, branching scenarios, and quizzes. Active learning that sticks.

Customised, not generic

Every module is adapted to your industry, your company language, and your team's roles.
